Received call from VAP eSecurity to say they had received messages from the 'International Routing Department' that we 'had many, many errors in my computer' and needed to log onto Validator to see errors. Did that and then tried to get me to open Teamviewer so he could remotely log on to 'help remove errors.' I did not comply. I asked why he would be calling and helping me out on his company's time and he said 'it was their responsibility.'
