when I chose the "speak to a representative" call disconnected after about a minute of silence. Very odd...


Received computer message asking if my name was XXX then press 1. I did and it put me on hold and after 1 minute I hung up. I looked on the internet about this number but nothing was listed. I called the number back and learned it was Horizon asking about a hospital charge. The person was very rude and unprofessional so I hung up and contacted the hospital business office directly and dealt with the payment mix-up which I thought was already paid.
