I don't answer if they're not in my contacts list. Called me 6 times in the past week. I called back from a corporate line and the un-named automated message states "thank you for calling back - if you are not interested in receiving calls about our special promotion and want to be placed on our do not call list, please press 1 now.
I am fairly sure this is a scam to let them know you're a real person and you'll then be called by another of their several national numbers to be annoyed.
