the number is at a branch office of a company called Nationwide Equities engaging in solicitation of candidates for reverse mortgages. They appear to be legitimately working for a corporation engaging in the government insured reverse mortgage business. I haven't worked all the way thru any transaction with them, but I have spoken with them quite a few times and its all very cordial and pleasant with the same guy at the phone number I have called back several times.
