After a few calls from her, this Sales agent Eddie James called while I was in the hospital but kept on talking regardless. He called me to view a video presentation that took him 45 minutes to set up. I decided I was not interested due to the costs and from reading comments on the BBB. I was trying to be polite and listen to his pitch, but I should have hung up earlier since he didn't give me the same courtesy.
