With in 1 hour after sending an email to a business in Dallas Texas (972 area code) that I am trying to resolve an account with, I received a call from this number (512 Austin area code) The man had full knowledge of the content of my email sent to, and knew very specific details about the account I am dealing with. He asked me several times for my credit card information so that proper payment arrangements could be made. I declined and asked If I could call him back the next day, he agreed. I called back the next day and the number was disconnected, and I have tried a few times to contact the only other number I have for this account and they claim to never heard of this person.
