This guy will stop at nothing to get you to send him money saying he has no one in the state to show his house he is renting. It's sick. He even sent me a fake lease agreement trying to get me to send him the money for a deposit. What an ASS! We have friends that live 2 houses down and said they know someone is living there because there is a car in the drive way. DON"T GIVE THIS GUY ANYTHING
