Fraudster. If you answer, you get a recorded message about a collection action. Same drill as many have experienced with calls from the east coast. Indian trying to hide his accent, but too obvious. Calls himself Steve Martin! What a joke. Isn't it enough they want us to offshore our jobs, now they want to scam us as well!

Claimed to be from enforcement division of treasury dept, threatened action on back taxes(which I did not owe) and when I hung up threatened me with immediate arrest-no doubt to panic me into a quick card payment, Really creepy guys with south Asian accents. Would really like to see the fbi get'em.
