Looked like call was from California. Told me my computer was being hacked. Said it was NOT SALES CALL! I feel stupid but I let him control my computer to show me the Trojans and the hacking incidences. Went back to May 2015. Then he said for $177.78 he could take care of all this. Started removing my personal files. He was holding my computer hostage. Was insulting and rude. I hung up. Can't get into my computer now. Tried calling the number but got message that it is not a working line. So, did they put all that malware on my computer in the first place?
