I received a call from an Vietnamese lady. She asked if I speak Vietnamese and I said no but she kept talking to me in Vietnamese. I asked her several times for her name but she wouldn't tell me. Eventually hung up the phone.

Same story. Person is speaking formal Chinese. I've gotten the call twice now in as many weeks. I've not called back, but maybe I'll get my chinese friend to call them.
