DO NOT SAY YES. The gentleman said his name fast and said he was from the repair protection department. His focus was to get me to say the word "yes". He asked if everything was running OK?. I recently saw where the Ford Motor company had a recall. When I asked where he was from there was another (recorded) voice that simply said "Ford", and then he came back. I never said my name, or anything other than "hello" and "where are you calling from". He hung up.
Answered call and they hung up.
