This recorded message for credit card rate lowering has contacted me, by calling my cell phone, MULTIPLE and repeated times. The number registered is (410) 707-3450. When I called that number back, a woman answered the phone an was belligerent and unhelpful, complaining that I WAS THE ONE trying to scam her. Whoever this phone call comes from should be dealt with accordingly by the law for continuing to be allowed to keep harassing people.
