They attempted to take over my phone earlier today. They paid for and added a lesser plan than what I have on my phone, started calling me incessantly, not leaving messages... then they tried to call the phone company and claim they were having trouble using my phone. My phone never left my possession. I called the company and after an hour of trying, to get someone who spoke English...I finally got a supervisor technician who easily flipped through the problem and got my original plan restored about two hours into the problem. After 9 hours of incessant calls from the above Florida number, I called them (they did not answer) and I told them this was their one and only warning yo not call me again. I made reports to the FTC For Not Call registry for each and every one of their annoying calls in the phone takeover attempt. This will make it hard for them yo do this again.
