Man said I had computer problems and he was calling as a Microsoft representative. I said I didn't trust that HE called ME. He got supervisor and she said the same thing. Wanted to take control of my computer. She asked me to type in some letters and they showed a list of so called problems. I said I was going to call Microsoft and hung up. T;hey were very convincing. She also said she never heard of a program called Iolo which a Microsoft representative had recommended that I put on my computer. I suspect a scam.

Claimed they were calling from Microsoft. Microsoft is receiving warnings that someone had hacked into my computer.......please go to my computer and they will instruct me on how to fix it. When I asked them for a number to contact Microsoft customer service they were persistent that they could help me fix it.
