SCAM !!!
Don't be fooled by the Indian accents. The parent company is in China. This set up is like an international spider web.
DO NOT ALLOW REMOTE CONNECTION TO YOUR COMPUTER. They say they are alerting you to unknown acces to my internet when they are really the problem.
They are like spam on your phone. Don't pick up, or even better , quickly hang up.

Called saying he was from tech support America. Indian dialect, wanted to to boot up my computer to fix error messages

call me about my computer said he was from tech support America. He said his name was Dale Soloman. Would not give me a number he said it is on your caller id I told him I do not have caller id and asked him again for a phone number he would not give it. He just hung up. He has a heavy accent it was hard to understand him.

I'm calling about your computer of windows 7. I told him that I don't have windows 7, he then said this is your tech support and he will report me. I asked him what was my name and gave me a name of some one else, told him that it was not my name and then said before hanging up go $@#! Myself.

called ask for my husband, i said sorry this is wife, he hang up...very strange...he has called before and i threaten him with a lawyer and they quickly hang up.SCAM

Caller ID said Name Unavailable. I don't answer those. He left a msg saying "come on guys, need some f----- biz" and hung up. Definitely sounded American, not Asian.

Said he was "Michael Johnson from Tech support america phone # 1 844 086 5366" and tried to ask about my computer. Very heavy accent (sounded like outsourcing in Asia).
