A man calling himself "Carlos Torrez" with a very thick accent, called saying he was calling from the IRS and that they did an audit of my taxes for the years 2008-2013, and that I owed $3867.23, and that if I did not pay it they were going to freeze my bank accounts, put a lien on my house, blah, blah, blah. I told him I wanted them to send me documentation through the mail so my lawyer could go over it. He said the documentation was already at the court house in Washington D.C. I said I still wanted a copy. He said "Well, see you in the court house, and you better have $18000.00 as a retainer to pay court costs. I said "You really need to work on your English", and hung up the phone. Scam.
