I didn't answer it, but they left a message. Part of it was cut off, but the gist was that I would be arrested by the "local cops" if I didn't call them back and take care of the matter. I blocked the number.

Its good to see others are getting this call as well. Its super annoying mines a ladies voice computerized telling me the IRS is filing lawsuit against me and she repeats their phone number like 3 times. I reported the phone number as a scam on the IRS site.
