Fraud IRS scammer

The automated voice alerted me to an IRS lawsuit against me, but did not ever use my name or give any file number to use if I called back. My guess would be that they would have to look up my file....and they'd ask for my ss#.
The number was busy upon callback, but I was prepared to go off on this scammer.
