They keep calling my work phone number. It is a pre-recorded, message which is ultimately a scam. They will claim that the IRS is trying to file a lawsuit, and that you need to call them back at the same number. Do not call them back, this is fraud. The IRS is required by law to notify you by certified mail if there is any issue with your taxes.

"The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number 347-644-2927. I repeat 347-644-2927. Thank you."
