Callers are most likely collections centers or freelance collections person. They WILL ANSWER sometimes but you've gotta WAIT because their dialing software is super slow and the computer screen will show your number (and sound detector picks up your voice?) way before agent can speak to you!

If you want to play with them just say hello then say to yourself "Hmmm nobody's there" & hang up on them. Once the dumb computer verifies an "answer" it moves on to the next number and calls you again THE NEXT DAY! Thier clients pay for this nonsense! If you have unlimited minutes you can wait for them to answer and read them the Bible or whatever! :)
