This is the MUST unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. They give NO information and get rude with you when you ask questions.

Was a recording. It stated I was being investigated for fraud, bla, bla, bla. However, he did not state my name. I hung up.

ller stated he was from "pre-Trial Intervention" and that I had a pending case in reference to a unpaid payday loan. I stated that I have never recieved a payday loan (would not state co.)
He was rude and said I did and that to prevent a court case that I would have to pay his company money. I immediately told him to send me copies of the loan documents, dates of deposit and the originating company so I may turn all docs over to the FBI Internet fraud Division. He ended our call very quickly and I have not heard one ringer from them again.

Caller stated i am being investigated for fraud for a online payday loan. She provided me with a account number from wells fargo and a date the payday loan was placed in the account. I called the bank and they stated there is no account with that number
