I got a served today as well by this company for a payday loan I think they have bought the payday loan company or the loan, i was able to settled the account.....BUT I WILL NEVER GET A PAYDAY LOAN AGAIN

I got a called this company because i was served at my job by the sheriff i called the attorney who had me to contact them and i tried to work something out but would not take my payments. can they do this? I cant have my wages garnish...can someone tell me what to do?

@Malik, I found out that his company buys the debt for pennies on the dollar and tries to collect on them before placing the account with an Attorney where you live, who then turns around and sue you for the debt and charges you for the attorney fees so it cost them nothing to file a suit...SCUMBAGS

I got a summons for a payday loan the attorney told me to call this number if i want to pay the amount on the summons and he will dismiss the suit, so i called but this is a collection agency i told the guy i only borrowed $500 but now the balance is $1050 these people prey on the weak. I will never get a payday loan again

These People called me at work at first i thought it was scam apparently it was an old payday loan i took out a long time ago the rep was nice and professional and i was able to set up payment arrangements
