This is a call you want to answer or return. Guys name is Chris and I'm glad I answered. He is the last step before your Mediacom service is disconnected. He did not ask for payment over the phone from me but a promise to pay within 24 hours. I agreed, we talked to customer service and set up a promise to pay and he said that he would take me off today's list for a disconnect. Very nice person and very kind of them to give me a "one last chance" courtesy call.
