I have received an automated call from this number about my credit card. I hung up and checked the number on line to see if its legit. When I saw that there were no complaint filed about the number and that the number has not been flagged as a scam I tried calling back to make sure its not really the bank calling. It turned out that the number is personal mobile phone and the girl said she had no idea what is going on and that she didn't call me. She is also planing to report this to her mobile provider.
