I received a call twice today from them stating I had a lawsuit from the IRS. I needed to make a payment as soon as possible to avoid litigation.
They also stated they needed my personal information...how stupid is that? If they are the IRS then they do have that information.

Was woken up at 8 a.m. by a robo call stating it was the IRS and that there was a lawsuit against me and it was incredibly important that I speak to them. I hung up, got worried, then realized the IRS send certified letters. If they garnish your wages they have to have a sheriff serve you papers.

received a call from this number, they advised they are from the IRS in DC,, said there is a law suit.
I called back, asked for their name and ID number, the reply was john Williams, #131, and said "f**k you, and hung up, indicated that I was a IRS agent, prior to theirremarks.

Left me a voicemail with a bot voice saying something about a lawsuit then hung up. Strange because the voicemail phone number return was for the same number they called me from, unlike other scams.
I called them and it was "Alex" with an Indian-sounding voice, saying it was the internal revenue service. Reported on TIGTA website. everyone should report these guys.
