They call my elderly mother about 8 times a day. They told her before that there was something wrong with her computer. She was home alone, so she gave them $140. Now they call ALL THE TIME looking for more money. She knows now not to take the calls, but they are rude and obnoxious and won't take no for an answer.

They have called about 30 times (no kidding). If you hang up on them, they call you back and hang up on you. They say something is wrong with our Windows on computer. They are very rude. Finally told them that was odd because I had a Mac. They don't call me anymore, I blocked them. Now they are calling my husband. Very aggravating! Call all hours.

Say they are from Microsoft and my software is not legal.
