This is still happening in 2016... they have been calling me for 3 weeks and finally i spent some time last night talking to the indian accent guys. I just let them talk and ask them questions i knew from the beginning that this was SCAM but still wanted to make them wast their time for a bit and lead them to believe I was going to get on my computer thru logmein123.com . They ask them who was paying for the "cleanup" and they said that Microsoft already did when I bought my computer and then I said I also had a macbook and same story... that Apple already paid for it.... so I told them that my macbook was already out of the AppleCare service they said that it didn't matter that they just needed to get in my computers and that they will clean it and then tell me what i needed to do... the Microsoft Expert even transfer me to the Apple Expert.... these guys are full of @$#@% the bad thing is that I am sure a lot of people believes them and let them get in... Microsoft and Apple should be able to track these gu
