So they called, left a message. This is clearly a scam. Just called back again, indicating that he is officer Frank Harris. When I questioned him further and pushed he hung up.

caller states they are from IRS and that you owe money then ask for your personal info when you ask for more info they get rude or hang up on you.

This agency attempted to make contact with company and identified themselves as police at which time the caller hung up several times.
