I have reported this number to the Federal Government after they called my mother and demanded $400 to settle a fake lawsuit. These people are preying on the Spanish-speaking community because they know many people do not understand (and fear) the American court system. I received a phone call on Friday 16, 2015 and this so called lawyer told me the same crap that I have been suit by boixtron because I didn't wanted to buy the last treatment, during the call I was so confused that I thought she was talking of another company, when I remember the bioxtron she was talking about, I called her and settle for the 426.00
LUISA BACH LAWYER, sent an e-mail to get the ok for me to pay 11/09/15, through UPS CO, paying the 426.00 with a money order paid to the order of SOL- and the company called me today and I explained to the person that called me what was going on, she said don't do any thing, some how these people were able to get our list of customers and they've been calling people with the same story, she said they're hackers, in other words thief's, "RATEROS A MANO ARMADA" so if you receive a phone call like that ignore them, I hope I knew this on Friday.

ALERT! SCAM, phone call!! I don’t just want to report this on a scam website. I want to report them to the police!

On Friday I received a scam phone call. They told me a company was suing me for $4,000! If I didn’t want to go to court I could pay a “good faith” fee, of 1% of the claim which is $400. This has never happened to me before, so I got so nervous, pissed, and almost cried on the phone (He spoke so real), told him I would call him back because I was at school picking up my kid. When I called back, I asked for an address, he didn’t want to give me one. So then the light in my head went on, “wait this can be a scam”. So I kept asking why don’t you want to give me an address, he gave me a lot of BS. So I started googling this number and it’s a SCAM!

Solution? I want them to stop doing this because they are calling a lot of people. Some people DO NOT have google to look them up or these people may pray on innocent people who may get really nervous and just pay them over the phone. The pho

Called my mom telling her that she had to pay 450 or so for some pills she ordered years ago because she apparently never canceled and if she didn't pay the company that they represent ( apparently they claim to be lawyers) that she will be taken to court and have to pay over 4,000. I took the phone from my mother demanded her name which she said was Gloria Juarez , I asked to speak to her manager and when I did she I told her that I needed proof of this debt and needed paperwork and I would not give her any information or payment until the paperwork was reviewed by my lawyer she got very hostile and angry and told me she will send the papers and hung up on me. I don't believe it was real honestly.

A Spanish speaking woman, Luisa Bach, claiming to be a lawyer representing "Beauty Corp." Demands include address for a previously ordered package and $450 +1% in a money order, further instructions to come. Failure to pay by specified date will result in fees totaling $4450.

My mom received a call from this number saying they are a law firm and that she needs to give them info for a lawsuit being placed against her. She has never even been to florida and they would not say who is supposedly suing her.
If you are being sued you would be officially served with court documents.

Spanish guy left message saying he was an attorney or from a law firm and that it was urgent to call this number back.... tried calling back several times and there is no answer, no voicemail or anything.... if it was legit, there would be some kind of voicemail picking up.
