Received call offering grant money from a restricted number. Glad I googled it first. Now I know its a scam

Scam!!!! Promised 7k if I send 210 by western union yea right it's a fraud

said i was supposed to recieve 7,000 from government? i have to pay a 250 dollar security deposit, is this a real thing or is it a scam?

they told me that I was getting 7,000 from the government as a grant, but have to pay 250.00 first. They provided me with a phone number of 302-956-9362 and a "money" number of ms1044, and a website of www.usagovernmentgrants.org
