they called (in Canada QC) saying lawsuit because i didnt declared all my income....i have to pay now or im going to jail.....big scam

Call came in. Missed call. No voice mail. I called back and a man said it was the IRS calling about lawsuit in my name. But gave some woman i don't know as my name. Asked why calling from Houston number and not DC number if reall the IRS and he hung up.
