Faked out caller ID, its not the real number they are calling from.

i received a all from this number. I didn't answer it because i didn't reconize it. it's a Texas area code, and I don't know anyone in Texas.
Got a call from this number and I rejected it. Then I called it back and it is a none working number

it was a missed call, when i returned the call i got a message saying the call could not be completed as dialed
