Called this number back for some giggles. Scammer didn't even remember which scam he was involved in. Once I said IRS, he said "Oh yes, this is John with the IRS." Call them back and have some fun. Always worth a laugh.

Called claiming IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. The IRS would never just call you, they would send you an official letter as well. SCAM.

Informing me that IRS is filing a law suit against me and to call this number immediately. Got the same message last week 3 times with another phone number and did not return the call. This is a scam and they change numbers when no response from you.

IRS will not ever contact you in this manner so don't respond at all. SCAM
