gotten several calls but I have never answered and they never leave a message. I've called back several times but always receive a busy signal

When calling the number back it is a bust signal. The number has called me a few times each day since the calls started. I answered the phone today 12/8/2015 A Women was on the other side on the line. She said she was from some Health & Wellness program. I assumed at first this was a follow up for the referral my doctor made for me. When asking if she was apart of my hospitals network she stated no. She said she was from some Health & Wellness program where they help people in the community who have been in accidents to get free chiropractic care. I became on the defense and let that be known to the women I was very confused and now on the defense because I was not sure how she obtained my information. When asking how she obtained my information she said through multiple resources. Then went to ask if I had been to an Urgent Care or a Hospital Emergency Room. I started to say how my medical information is protected by HIPPA and the women hung up before I could even get HIPPA out. During the call I asked for a
