Said it was the legal affairs of the treasury, and that I had a serious legal action against my name, but never used my name. Threatened garnishment and civil action against my name if I didn't call back within 24 hours or retain an attorney.

Caller with a lot of noise in background and a heavy accent said he was calling from the US Treasury Dept...said I owe appx $1900 in back taxes and he was sending the police to get me because I am trying to run with the money...needless to day I am very upset. I am a disabled Veteran not required to file because my money is Non taxable
