He texted me at like 3am. He said he wanted to pay through pay pal. I said that I do not have a pay pal account and he could send wire or western union. He stated he was not comfortable paying any other way. I had a bad feeling about this so I looked up his number. Thank goodness I did... what a complete jerk. I told him that I have looked up his number and seen all the people he has scammed and all the people he has attempted to scam. I am also going to contact the police and turn his number over to them - hopefully he will get caught.

Trying to sell my car and received same message as stated above...My name is Oscar...willing to pay full price...will arrange for shipper agent that will come for pick up at your location once I receive payment through my PayPal account...I said No to PayPal and he said that is the only way it will work cuz he's experiencing a technical problem with his internet banking for the past few weeks.

Scam

Same name and story as above... offers full price sight unseen, Paypal only, no cashiers check or wire transfer. I said instead of paypal lets use western union and he said deal off. Scam for sure

Oscar Brown said he would buy my car for the asking price and said he would send a shipper to pick it up. He promised to pay the selling price plus the $700 shipping fee and that all I had to do was pay the shipper with those funds. He said he would pay all the money via PayPal. I asked him to pay the shipper directly and then he said the deal was off. This really sounds like a scam to me.
