they keep calling asking for my brother, saying they are going to serve him, my number has never been given to anyone including my brother, and I don't speak with him at all, my number is unlisted, on the do not call registry and has a solicitations block, however, they keep calling, and saying they are going to serve him with papers tomorrow. The best part is my last name is not even the same, so I have no idea how or why they are connecting me with him. I haven't seen him since our fathers funeral.

This Oxygen Waster called at 9:05AM today 01/25/16 and gave some name and told me that someone will be out today to serve me papers I stopped him right there called him an idiot and told him no one calls in advance to tell you they will serve papers and that my husband is a lawyer he banged down the phone.
