Had the same... it's a skam.. be careful

I got this phonecall from a blocked number, it was a girl who said her name was Alex and that she was from Microsoft. I understood that it wasn't from Microsoft straight away though since first she said "we have got some error messages from your computer" and then she said "to fix this problem you have to download this software" and then I thought, how can you fix error messages by downloading softwares from strange websites and I also heard that she wasnt from america like she said she was, and I said "let me call you from my cellphone instead" and then she gave me the number

A lady With name Alex called me today from Microsoft and told that I have problems With my computor! (She called from hidden number)

Of course I recognized this to be a attempt to get into my computor and acces to my stuff.

I told that I was very interested, but bussy so I need to call them back.

I asked for the Telephone no, and I got it!
