Caller states he is from US Treasury and this is a criminal action against me. There is no such case or action. This is a fake. Sounds like this is a person from another country. Has call 5 times in 2 days. First time was an live person, next 4 times was a recording. BEWARE.

Message left on my phone saying I could be in trouble and this is the second attempt.....

Recorded call from "Steve Martin", obviously fake name, sounds like S. African, or Ghana, or Nigeria. Claimed it's the 2nd attempt and you'd better call him back or you'll end up in front of a grand jury for a federal offense. Very serious I sounding.

Same as Karen & Dee above . called 3 time within 4 hours.

I answered and it was a recording about criminal action if I do not call back.Said his name was Steve Martin. Was not an American. Gave same # as call back. I called and he said,"what can i do for you Dee"? I responded with , "you're the one who called me, so you tell me". He hung up.

Claims to be 2nd notice on treasury action. Just says you. Never gives out actual names. Very threatening voice.

says from treasury department, a legal action against you, didn't say your name, just you.
called twice today, 2:12pm & 2:49pm. recording voice, asked you to call back.

claims to be some official government "enforcement action"
