A recorded message about lowering credit card interest rates. Press 9 to be connected to an agent. So I did. A male agent immediately picked up. I said, "I would like my # taken off your call list." To which he replied, "I don't need this sh$t. I need a qualified transfer." I replied, "Excuse me!" And he then said, "You heard what I said, I need a qualified transfer." With that, I hung up!!! I will report this one.
