These people are computer hackers. They tell you you have a virus you don't know about and ask you to open a URL which installs a virus on your computer, Mac or Windows PC. I work in IT so I am familiar with this scam which, apparently, has been perpetrated for years now. I'd recommend blocking this number. Or, if you are an IT professional, you can mess with them like I did. I should have recorded the conversation and posted it on the internet...

They call 24hrs a day. I had calls after 10pm until 2 am. Mostly they hang up. Once they actually talked and said they were from Microsoft and that a terrible virus was infecting my system. They had an East Indian accent. ..I'm guessing trying to make it believable. Very pushy. Tried to ask them questions and they keep repeating themselves. I hung up not knowing what their final purpose was in their scam. They called back 2 more times. I didn't answer it was about 2am. Guessing they are trying to raise panic and catch people off guard with repeated calling late at night. Beware whatever they are up to, it's a scam!!!

It keeps calling all times of the night and whenot answered it hangs up
