Called at around 6pm EST, tried to say they were from Microsoft or Dell and were receiving errors from my computer. Asked me to to open "event viewer" to see the 'errors' (which are nothing) to scare me. Wanted to get paid $199 for a warranty to fix them but wouldn't explain exactly WHAT was wrong with the computer and they were gonna ~shut down my computer in two weeks~ (lmao!)
