Few missed calls can't figure who is no email

recorded message on land line...PROMOTIONS...only message=what to do to get on their do not call list. No other message. Lots of complaints about this number.

Said from IRS about tax refund with a 'lien' on it.... and could call a certain # starting similar to this one, not sure if it was the same or not. Probably phishing for personal info.

did not pick up. they left message and said they were from Chase bank

This is an automated voice (even on call back) that tries to sound like you are talking to a live person until is screens your call. Is is for a careen school that is picking up numbers from job resumes posted on Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc and calling to offer new career education.

Calls several times daily especially at dinner time. Caller ID says SSI. Never leaves a message. Plan on blocking.
