I received a call from this number at 9:18 am this morning on Dec. 3, 2015. The woman by the name of Jess Solwar spoke with a heavy Indian accent said there was an arrest warrant out on me for evading taxes. She said that if I don't pay for the $6989 I owe to the IRS then she will contact the police to have me arrest for tax evasion. She gave me the old address. She said she mailed documentation about my tax evasion. I received no such paperwork. She told me to pay for it via Money Gram. My husband who heard the conversation called the police. The officer said it sounds like a scam and just hang up. Jess said it was a violation for me to speak about this to anyone. If I say anything to anyone then she threatened to have the police arrest me.

I received a call that told me I was to to receive free grant money and give me a grant number which was JC216 and a phone number to call which was 347-699-2235 when I called they said I was to receive $7000 in grant money but I was to go to Western Union and send them , at that point I cussed the person out and told them I knew it was a scam.
