A FedEx envelope came to my house and the name on the package is Bruce Mosby. With the phone number (323) 390-9149; California. When you call the number it states that it is a free and fun party line that directs you to another paid number. The address listed on the envelope is Bruce Mosby. Company: LG Physicians LLC 4910 Valley View Blvd NW, Roanoke, VA 24012. When you look it up this information is correct. BUT, the check is from Churches of God General Conference 700 E. Melrose Ave, Findlay, OH 45840. The bank on the check is Fifth Third Bank 550 North Summit Street, Toledo, OH 43604. I called the bank and gave the customer rep the account number and she stated the account is legit, but they have had fraudulent checks made off this account. She then said I could either deposit and wait a week or just do not fool with it since I was not expecting it in the first place.
