The lady said I owed money money from and old debt I owed back from 2012 and if I didn't pay anything she was going to issue summons and she said she was going to send paperwork she never did not did they ever send me an email and everytime I call back a different man answers they always lie

Craigslist job offer (medical). Wanted to do interview over Yahoo Messenger or Google Hangouts. The company isn't established and wanted to set up a medical office in MY HOME! Not ethical, nor is this a real company. It's a scam to get your personal information. People are creeps in need of a real job instead of robbing, those who have one, of their hard earned money.
Recording says "your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line for the next available agent." Then it hangs up.
I received this unsolicited email. I have never applied for this kind of work. I also have never contacted this company by any means at any time. I believe this to be an attempted scam.
This is the email I received:

This is to inform you that you will be undertaking your first Mystery Shopping Assignment on our behalf next week .At this Point in time you are expected to check your email every day and most especially MONDAY MORNING (6/01/2015) for Instructions to follow as soon as you get the payment for the assignment. Get back to us with a reply to show that you are in receipt of this message.

Very rude person named Alesha Howard, said I owed money for some internet check I supposedly received back in 2011 and never paid. Wouldn't tell me the name of the company nor her company's name.
Called my home at 3:30am. Didn't leave message. Tried calling the number back several times. Only get busy signal
