Claimed to be from Texas but the phone number was from Branford, CT. They asked what type of file sharing systems I used and when I asked why they wanted to know, they hung up.

LOAN scam trying to say I took a loan out and I never did trying to scare me into paying them.
This number is automated initially to say, "You have been referred for a lower rate. Press 9 if you want to speak to an agent." I did just for the sake of curiousity. The minute that I politely said hello, a foreign sounding man responded kindly. He asked if I was referred for a lower rate and I said, "Yes". I asked him if I can ask a question first, to which he hung up...ANOTHER GREAT RIP OFF ARTIST..
Asks "Who is this?" When I gave my name the girl says "You called me." says "Ok bye" and hangs up. Very suspicious.
