The number called my phone and didn't leave a message. I don't know anybody in the Washington area, so this call is very suspicious.

Said I won points from expedia and said I needed a valid credit card and be older than 30
Supposedly a insurance co but when I Google it I get no information
Called and had a recording to lower my interest rate on my credit card. It linked to an operator that said I needed to give him the expiration date of my card for the offer to be active. he said it was an offer to change my interest to 6.9%. I didnt have the card so I couldnt give it to him. I asked for a return # and he said her would call tomorrow.
An attorney office and threated to have police come to my work place to arrest me for payday loans and also said they sent me emails which I never received... looked up number they are scammers and try to scare you into thinking they you owe money they wanted payment right away. don't be fooled by these people...
I was contacted via sms by this number asking if they could purchase my item on craigslist offered to pay via paypal, then sent fake paypal messages using user name [email protected], Janet Dawin and wanting shipping to Nigeria. The email claimed that the paypal account would only update once I sent a shipping tracking number. Very high quality phishing page..but does not com from Paypal, comes from <[email protected]>
