When I stated that I was not interested and that he had called me a few times before with the same thing, he simply hung up as I was in mid sentence.

Unknown calls from a caller who leaves no message. Google search results for 267-385-3408 show numerous reports of individuals who have been receiving calls from this offender. Many victims indicate that no message is left, yet when they attempt to return a call to the number they are met with some form of recorded out-of-service message. Given the combination of an out-of-service message and repetitious calls with no message being left, it seems this caller is very likely up to nothing good. It is my opinion that these calls can and should be ignored as they appear to be telecommunications terrorism.
