I don't recognize this number and it keeps calling my daughter

I think the person is a drug dealer from what he said to me when I answered. He thought he knew who I was and just started talking.

Man said he was investigating his wife, (I believe he said her name was Rhonda) and was checking the numbers appearing on her cell phone bill. He said she called me twice on a certain date: 53 seconds and 2.5 minutes. I checked my call log and it does NOT match up. Very strange.
